The coronavirus, now known as COVID-19, originated in Wuhan, China. At the time of writing this 81 Countries and Territories around the world have reported 93,526 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, COVID-19 and a death toll of 3204 deaths. It is a watchful time to understand and stay safe without creating a panic. Since this is a world epidemic, I am creating this post to make people aware of coronavirus, COVID-19 and debunk some myths around it, from a credible source. We will also look at and understand one thing about how a Coronavirus spreads. In the second part of this post we will see 5 precautions we should take to avoid the infection.

As we can see it is not necessary for a person to visit the infected city to get infected, if a person gets in contact with anything that contains droplets from an infected person example currency, masks, digital devices etc there is a risk of getting infected.

Pathologists has Debunk 13 Coronavirus Myths.

Syra Madad, the senior director of the NYC Health + Hospitals System-wide Special Pathogens Program, and Stephen Morse, a professor of epidemiology at Columbia University, debunked 13 of the most common myths about the coronavirus. They explained how packages from China won’t make you sick and that getting COVID-19 is not a death sentence. They also debunked the idea that it affects only older people — anyone can get the coronavirus.
